5. Delivery of Digital Licenses

Upon successful payment, the ESET license key and installation instructions will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Most deliveries occur within 1–3 hours.

6. Incorrect Email Address

Sucurinet is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete email addresses provided during checkout. Customers must verify their information before submitting an order.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our official Refund Policy. Due to the nature of digital license keys, refunds are limited and only approved in specific cases such as:

• Duplicate orders
• Invalid or non-working license keys (verified by our team)
• Incorrect product delivered

Once a license key is delivered or activated, it cannot be returned, revoked, or refunded.
